Deposit
Please note that we can only make your booking binding once a reservation amount of 30 % of the total amount - excluding local tax - has been received in our account.
Payment
To pay for your accommodation we accept cash and bank transfers, provided the amount has been received in our account by the evening before your departure. No credit cards.
Cancellation terms
up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
in the last week before arrival: 90%

Travel insurance
Anyone can encounter something unforeseen. Check with your insurer whether you already have travel insurance cover. Otherwise we recommend taking out a policy.
